We will hold our annual Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from noon to 1 PM.  Will be outside the church on 202 W. Grant Ave. if the weather is fine, and we will move inside if it is too windy or rainy.  Fr. Phil Shaw will bless each animal that comes, and each will receive a St. Francis medallion to attach to a collar, if the pet doesn’t already have one.

We ask that pets be on leash or in a carrier so that everyone and all the pets is safe and protected.  All pets are welcome – from guinea pigs, to turtles, to birds, dogs, cats, goats, horses, etc.  Large animals can stay in their trailers and Fr. Phil will come to them for the blessing.  There is lots of available street parking along Grant Ave.

This is a free event that is open to the entire Williams community, so encourage the children you know to come and bring their pets along with their parents.
