SUMMARY:Annual Meeting of the Congregation
DESCRIPTION:We will have our annual meeting of the congregation of St. John’s on February 8th.  The meeting officially begins at the start of our regular worship service\, and after the conclusion of the service we will move to Walker Hall and enjoy a potluck lunch.  While we are enjoying dessert we will begin the business portion of the meeting with elections\, approving the budget for the year\, and then discuss ideas for programs and projects during the year and how to implement them.   We ask that everyone who regularly attends St. John’s to come to this meeting and participate by sharing your ideas and love of this church. \nThere will be a sign-up sheet for the pot luck lunch on the narthex table.

DESCRIPTION:There will be a community information meeting to provide interested persons on the different parts of the Community Memorial Garden: the Columbarium (niches that will hold up to two cremated remains)\, the Memorial Wall (plaques remembering a deceased loved one) and Honor bricks that recognize a special event date (weddings\, baptisms\, births\, etc.)\, which will line the entrance walkway into the garden.  The Memorial Garden is open to the Community of Williams and the surrounding areas.  The Columbarium niches\, Memorial Plaques\, and Honor Bricks will be available for purchase starting October 23\, 2025 and into the future.  This meeting will be held in Walker Hall at St. John’s Church in Williams\, AZ.
