St John's Episcopal Lutheran Church Williams AZ

The members of St. John’s church will have its annual meeting on February 2, 2020, following the 10:30 a.m. service at approximately noon.  The meeting will start with a potluck luncheon.  Annual reports will be given out at this meeting, and a proposed budget for 2020 will be discussed and approved.

A Mexican themed luncheon is planned with a stew and cornbread, so those attending are asked to bring a dessert or a Mexican side dish to share.

All members of St, John’s are asked to be present for this important, once-a-year meeting where we plan and discuss our work for the year ahead.

Song of the Pines Chorus

Song of the Pines Chorus

Everyone is cordially invited to attend the 10th Annual Advent Concert Series at St. John’s with four different concerts!  The series starts off with the Song of the Pines Chorus.   Song of the Pines Chorus is a member of Sweet Adelines International, a non-profit, worldwide organization of female singers who meet regularly to rehearse, perform, socialize and have fun.  Most of their members come from the Prescott Quad-City area, but they also have members who drive from Phoenix and other adjacent cities. Song of the Pines is a performing and competing chorus that has been an active part of the Prescott music scene for many years.  They are an exuberant group of women who sing four-part barbershop harmony a cappella style. We are excited to have them kick-off the concert series on December 1st in the sanctuary of St. John’s at 4:30 p.m. Continue reading
