Becoming Beloved Community Celebrates Black History Month
St. John’s Episcopal-Lutheran Church invites community members to our second conversation in the series “Holding on to Hope in Troubling Times: Becoming Beloved Community” on Tuesday, February 27 from 4-5:30pm in Walker Hall, 202 W. Grant Ave. in Williams. We will explore deeper what is meant by a Beloved Community, share insights from the Episcopal Church’s Presiding Bishop Michael Curry’s book, “Love is the Way”, and listen to stories from our friends and neighbors of the Galilee Baptist Church in Williams.
