Lessons and Carols

St. John’s is sponsoring the annual community service/concert of Lessons and Carols, which will be held on December 8th at 4 PM.  This year’s program features a community choir, soloists Fr. Marc McDonald (tenor) and Robert Fontes (pianist),  along with readers of the Lessons from several Williams’ churches. The program will also feature violinists Patty Wiliams and Dindy Harbeson, guitarist David Mills, along with percussion by Bob Robinson and Patty Williams.  The choir is being conducted by Shaula Watson, with accompanist Beth LaGro.  A reception in Walker Hall with lots of Christmas treats will follow the program. This program is free (there is a free-will offering if you would like to help defray the costs of putting on this program) and the Williams community is invited to enjoy the beautiful Advent and Christmas music.

Thanks to so many people, this year’s Lessons and Carols was a huge success.  Below are photos of the choir, singers, those that helped with the reception afterward, and some of the people who came to listen and enjoy.  We unfortunately did not get photos of the readers of the Lessons, although if someone does have some photos to share, please let us know!
