And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. — Philippians 4

Please join us this Sunday for our weekly worship service at St. John’s at 10:30 AM.  Our service will be led by Fr. Phil Shaw and our Reader this week is Kris Vasquez.  All are invited and all are welcome at St. John’s.

St. John’s has a unique history as one of the first churches in the US to be a joint Episcopal and ELCA Lutheran church.  Our service combines the heritages of both denominations.  We celebrate Holy Communion each Sunday, and all are welcome at the Lord’s Table at St. John’s.

We are an affirming and welcoming church.  No matter where you may be on your faith journey or what your background may be, you are very much welcome.

We invite you to stay after the service for some coffee or iced tea and a sweet treat.  It’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know us better and to ask any questions you might have.

If you cannot join us, the following link provides you with the prayer of the day (Collect) and all of the four readings from the Bible that will be a part of our service on Sunday.  Proper-23A-Track-1(PDF)

We look forward to meeting you this Sunday!
